Chat Health Meter
Install the free Chrome Web Store extension to monitor visible chat aging, slowdown, hesitation, and instability. No Developer Mode loading required.
Paid unlock inside the free Chrome extension
Is your chat dead, alive, or both? Install the free Chat Health Meter from the Chrome Web Store, then unlock Schrodinger's Chat for Browser Reset and manual summary handoff tools when a long AI chat starts wobbling.
What it does
Schrodinger's Chat is for occasional long-chat emergencies. It is not a separate app download: it unlocks paid features inside the same Chrome Web Store extension as the free Chat Health Meter. It does not require the local Continuity Engine, and it does not build a permanent project archive.

Run a platform-aware reset for ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to refresh browser-side page state that can contribute to interface drag.
Serve a summary instruction into the current chat, press Send, then drag the generated summary into the prompt of a fresh chat manually.
How the rescue works
Schrodinger's Chat gives occasional users a $19/year unlock for browser-side relief and manual handoff tools without buying a monthly continuity system.
Schrodinger's Chat does not create a full local transcript archive, transcript search, Highlights Library, deterministic capsule, project/multi-session continuity, or Engine-backed update packages.
Its Summary Handoff relies on the current AI chat to generate the summary. If the chat's context or logic has already degraded, that summary can carry some of the degradation with it.
If long AI work is part of your regular workflow, Continuity Engine Basic is the full system: safe and searchable local HTML transcripts, transcript search, highlights, projects, deterministic capsules, and controlled new-chat update packages.
